1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "677b", "we", "us", "our" refers to 677b and the operators of the website located at https://677b.io.
• "Platform" means the 677b website, mobile-optimised interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services accessible via https://677b.io.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 677b Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User following completion of the 677b registration process.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 677b Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 677b Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 677b Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments published in accordance with Clause 15.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 677b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the 677b Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 677b enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to create an Account or place wagers.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 677b employee, director, or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 677b Platform or had an Account suspended or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

677b reserves the right to require documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility are void and will be forfeited.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the 677b Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single User — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 677b is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration details current.

677b reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months for address verification. All KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form.

Accounts found to have been registered using false or misleading information will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any Real Money or Bonus Balance will be voided without compensation.

5 Account Security and 677b Login

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 677b Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

677b will never ask for your password by email, SMS, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 677b that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

You must notify 677b immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 677b will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

6 Deposits

All deposits on the 677b Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 677b accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 677b does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. You are responsible for understanding the limits applied by your chosen payment method.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 677b is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, network outages, or bank processing times. 677b reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its sole discretion, including where the method is associated with fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account held in your own name and registered to the same identity details as your 677b Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 677b reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures.

Before processing any withdrawal, 677b may require you to complete KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification and will not be processed until satisfactory documentation has been received and approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

677b reserves the right to apply a cooling period to withdrawals where unusual account activity is detected, for the purpose of fraud prevention and responsible gaming checks. You will be notified if such a hold is applied to your withdrawal request.

Any Real Money Balance that results from Bonus Balance funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before it is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

677b offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all 677b bonuses:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per eligible User and once per household address, IP address, payment account, and device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your Bonus Balance without notice.
• Wagering with Bonus Balance is subject to game contribution restrictions. Certain games, including some live dealer tables, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirements. Refer to the specific bonus terms for applicable contribution rates.

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 677b Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product, which are published within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, or a game producing an incorrect result, 677b reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective Real Money Balances. 677b's decision in such matters is final.

For cricket and other sports betting markets, 677b follows standard industry settlement rules. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific market. In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined will be voided.

677b does not accept liability for internet connectivity issues experienced by Users that result in bets not being placed or confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring a stable connection before placing any wager. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number is displayed to you on the Platform.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 677b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through another person.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value, or any other form of manipulation.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, access Account features, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary Users.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, team members, officials, or any party to fix the outcome of any sporting event or casino game offered on the Platform.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform without a legitimate and documented reason.
• Money laundering: Using the 677b Platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 677b cooperates fully with law enforcement and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Third-party account use: Accessing or using another person's Account with or without their consent, or allowing another person to access your Account.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 677b's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
